About Girls Aloud
Girls Aloud are a British girl band that came into existence thanks to television show Popstars: The Rivals in 2002. The band is made up of Nadine Coyle, Cheryl Cole, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh, and together they have become one of the most successful British pop groups of the decade. Girls Aloud have achieved a record-breaking eighteen consecutive Top 10 singles and five platinum albums, written by the British production team Xenomania. The Girls Aloud sound is diverse, yet always identifiable as being that of Girls Aloud, largely due to the distinctive vocals of lead singer Nadine Coyle. Some of Girls Aloud’s tracks include Call The Shots, Can’t Speak French, Sound of the Underground and The Show.
