The song reached number three in the UK and topped the US Billboard, while its follow up, I Believe, breached the UK top ten but failed to chart in the US. The success of EMF’s debut single marked the peak of their fame and, despite a cult following, the group went through a series of break ups until finally disbanding in 2009.
