Guns N' Roses are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1985. The band is fronted by co-founder Axl Rose but has gone through many line-up changes since it first started. Indeed Appetite for Destruction, the band's 1987 major label debut album, has sold 27 million copies worldwide and reached number one on the United States Billboard 200.
