About Mariah Carey
Mariah Carey entered the world of music in 1990 and is well known for her velvety-smooth vocal style and her ability to sing extremely high notes. Mariah Carey was the first person to have her first five singles reach the top of the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart and she is now one of the most successful solo artists of all time. Mariah Carey’s musical style was initially classic pop, with soulful ballads that displayed her vocal range. However she soon underwent a radical change in direction and incorporated hip hop elements into her music and revealed a new, sexier image that was worlds apart from her wholesome look that she started out with. Some of Mariah Carey’s songs include Bye Bye, Hero, I Still Believe, Touch My Body, Vision Of Love, We Belong Together and When You Believe.
