About Spinal Tap
Initially conceived as a sketch for a US comedy TV show pilot that ultimately failed, Spinal Tap finally got the attention they deserved as subject of the fictional rockumentary This Is Spinal Tap. The film was a huge success and spawned such fan favourites as Stone Henge and Tonight I’m Gonna Rock You Tonight. Spinal Tap reunited in 2009 for an appearance at Glastonbury Festival and for a ‘One Night Only World Tour’ at Wembley Arena.
