The Pointer Sisters are an American vocal trio that were at the height of their fame from the late 1970s and through the 1980s, though they continue to perform to this day. They were known for their upbeat pop melodies and have contributed such pop standards as Jump (For My Love), I’m So Excited and Slow Hand.
