Check the power options on your computer to make sure you're not on a power saving setting. Use mains power when recording. Make sure that no anti-virus scan or windows update is running as this can interupt our software. Go to Audio Settings > Advanced and increase the latency setting to 1000. |

Hi thought I'd let everyone with this problem know I updated a new driver for my sound card and my sound is loads better. I found out through Windows Update page - hardware updates. |

Hi Teresa and Avril. To adjust your audio setting, first, go to your "Record page". On the left hand side, where your songs and recordings are stored, there is a link called "Audio Settings". Click this link, and then click on "Show advanced settings" on the resulting page. Now you can adjust your latency. I hope this helps - if you are still having any trouble please let us know and we'll try to fix it! |
