Solutions:
Can you hear sound coming from other applications, such as Windows Media Player? If not, then check your computer's sound is turned up and your speakers are turned on.

If other applications are providing sound, go to the Record Tab, click on audio settings and ensure you have Direct Sound selected. Then click on the Audio Setup Wizard and when you can hear sound, hit YES.
