I can't install the Plugin in Firefox

We support Firefox versions later than 3.0 - ensure you have the latest version. Once you allow the install in the yellow bar at the top of the page you will see a progress bar, and then a button to restart Firefox. Restart, and you should be taken to the Record page, which will say "Get Ready to Record".

I have just downloaded the new version of firefox (v3.6.3) and when I try to download the plug-in it keeps telling me
"PureSolo Player 0.9.3 could not be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 3.6.3"... Help!

I've just read one of the other posts in the vista/IE section. Will wait for the Plug-in!

Sorry for the delay Tom. The version is up which now supports Firefox 3.6.
