Playback Problem

When I've recorded a track, and click 'Save', I want to listen to check if what I recorded sounds OK, so I click the Play button. My browser then gives me a message that the PureSolo plugin has failed and the browser needs to close. This happens in both Firefox and IE, and yes, they're both latest version.

However, I don't get this message when I record relatively short clips to test my sound(less than 15 sec).

What could be the problem? Any help is appreciated.

Hi Thomas, can you tell me what operating system you're using please? Also what song are you recording and what instrument is the song for? Kindest, Aimee

Hi Thomas, in the meantime can you please try recording a song, clicking 'Save' as you normally would do, but instead of selecting 'Play' in the small window, select 'Save' again and then 'Done'. Choose the 'Record' tab and 'Recordings' to the left of the screen. You can then playback your recording. Kindest, Aimee
