Make sure you're waiting long enough - don't refresh the pages until you are sure there is a problem as IE can take a while to pick up the Plug in. For us, it normally took 10-15 seconds before the yellow bar appears at the top of the window which allows you to install. Once you have agreed to install, it can then take another 10-15 seconds for the install dialog box to appear. Once you agree to the install, the rest of the process should be much faster.

It's not working with my Windows 7. I installed the add-on and it just stops after the the bar for completion of installation reaches the end (i.e. no install or continue sign)

1. You should see the message "Firstly, we're getting the PureSolo Player"
2. After 10-20 seconds a yellow bar at the top should appear. Click it.
3. Then click "Install This Add-on for All Users on This Computer"
4. The page should reload and you should see "We're now going to complete the installation"
5. After a few more seconds the screen should go dark and Windows 7 User Account Control should ask "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?". Click "Yes" (Please note: if you do not click "yes" on this message it will disappear after about a minute. If this happens you need to refresh your browser and start again from step 2)
6. You should then see "Get Ready to Record!"

Hi Phil ... I've just subscribed tonight and I'm busy trouble-shooting already. Window's will not install on my machine. I'm not getting the choice and no yellow bar is appearing. I get " firstly we're getting the solo player " ... but there is no offer to complete the installation, and no yellow bar. At first it appears that my security is blocking it but then there are no further choices nor instructions. please help !
