It seems the latest updates from Microsoft have caused some strange behaviour with our recorder plugin on Internet Explorer.

If you see a dialog appear saying "Do you want to open or save this file?" follow these steps:

1. Click cancel
2. Click the yellow bar at the top and click Install
3. You should then see the same dialog again saying "Do you want to open or save this file?" open or save dialog again. Again click cancel
4. Windows will then ask for your permission. Click Continue
5. Click Install
6. Press F5 to refresh the page and you should see the recorder

Alternatively, download and install Firefox. It's a much simpler process.
