I can't install the Plugin in Safari.

We only support Safari 4 on Mac. We don't support Safari on Snow Leopard right now but we will shortly. However, you can use Firefox on Snow Leopard perfectly fine. |

I'm not an avid OS X user so not sure how to do this. I have Leopard OS X and Safari 4 and I've downloaded the .dmg which has launched as a disk - how do i install the plugin (or plugins) though??? |

When you download the plugin to your computer it should pop up a window showing the Puresolo Logo, with a lego brick on the left and a folder on the right. Drag the brick onto the folder to install the plugin. You then need to restart Safari to get it to recognise the plugin. Once you have done this you can check to see if Safari thinks you have the plugin installed. If you go to Help, Installed Plugins you should be able to see the Puresolo Plugin in the list of plugins. When you go to the record page you should see the player with the message "Get Ready to Record" |

Hi! I have installed the plug in and it recognises it in my installed plug ins but when i log into my account it won't let me select the song i have chosen to record. the box where it should pop up is black. Is it because i chose the karaoke version? or should i purchase the sheet music one for it to work? VERY CONFUSED please get back to me asap thanks |

Hi Nikki, it's got nothing to do with your song choice, it's possibly the browser you're using. We don't currently support Safari on Snow Leopard, so this could be why the recorder isn't working as it should. I'd recommend downloading Firefox and using that as your web browser for PureSolo, which will solve your issue. Just Google Firefox and download the browser free from the official website.
